Green Rack Solar

Installing solar with Greenrack has been a great experience. I went with them as they had submitted a competitive quote and also had a large amount of installation experience working as a subcontractor for other major companies. I liked that they partner with SolarInsure, providing some assurance that my installation will be covered well into the future. I also needed a new roof and Greenrack smoothly rolled this in to my quote and handled interactions with a roofer to get my roof completed. The process went fairly quickly. After my first call with Scott at Greenrack in July, we had a completed contract and a site survey in 10 days, my roof was installed in August, and the solar installation was performed with permission to operate by the end of September. This was right on the original schedule Greenrack shared with me, even though my roof is not particularly straightforward, requiring five different arrays on different parts of the roof. The system has been outputting as expected so far and I was given full access to the enphase app with consumption monitoring which is very useful to be able to track energy production and usage. Scott also has worked to get my system set up with Srectrade so I can start benefiting from SREC credits.

Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful while deciding are whole solar system. Would recommend him to everyone. The install team is efficient, quick and cleaned up after themselves.

My positive experience started with Scott and sales. He was knowledgeable, timely with responses to questions, and flexible in his means of communicating. The install crew was a band of brothers who enjoyed the work, cleaned up after themselves and spoke highly of Eben, their owner. (Knowing that ownership cares about their employees is as important to me as having “green” energy for my home.). Though I am not completely through the PTO phase, I feel confident that GreenRack Solar will continue to meet and exceed my expectations of the solar energy process.

Green Rack is a Pittsburgh, PA based solar installer serving Ohio offering competitively priced high-quality photovoltaic generation systems installed competently and quickly. Their eight panel system proposal was significantly lower than others and they could install it in about a month. Other Ohio installers were scheduling installations six months after contract acceptance. After utility approval and permits were obtained their crew called and texted ahead of time to verify when they would begin and were finished in two days. Confusion about a requested rodent barrier was quickly resolved and they completed it the next day. The crew was knowledgeable, polite, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves every day.

We had a wonderful 1st team install our panels. (Earlier review). Zach/Tyler responded in person to a "call back" question immediately and were also fantastic!!! Both "teams" were professional, knowledgeable, and didn't "rush"! Recommend them all highly!
