I don't usually write reviews, but I want to commend the professionals at Integrated Home Energy for a job well done - installing solar panels on my home. I usually do a lot of research before making a selection for a home project, and this time was no different. Energy Sage is a great website for all things solar, which was how I found IHE. Their installation proposal was reasonably priced, and I liked the fact that they were certified as an Elite installer. I also liked that their average review score was 5 out of 5 - the reasons for which became clear after I met with several other local installers. I also rate them a 5 out of 5. I worked with Josey before the installation and with Gayle during and after the installation. Both are very helpful and professional. All of our questions were answered promptly, and the permitting process went smoothly. Any minor issues were quickly resolved. The solar panels have been generating power for a few months now and everything is working well, plus I now enjoy receiving my monthly PECO bill. I would highly recommend IHE to anyone considering an investment in solar!

Had solar system installed for our home. Josey (sales rep) was awesome - helpful and not pushy, answered all of my questions, went back and forth with the contract with me (hours of reviewing, answering my questions, and making changes to help make me comfortable) and was always very kind and advocated for me (rather than pushing the contract on me). Permitting and approval process was really fast - better than I’ve heard from other people using other companies. Installation team was great - professional, answered my questions. Installation looks great - no complaints there. The whole team worked well together. Inspectors were impressed by all the work. Follow-up after the installation - Gayle has been very responsible on getting warranty certificate from Panasonic, closing other loose ends. I don’t write reviews often. Integrated Home Energy really did a stellar job. Hopefully the relationship stays the same in the decades to come!

Jason and team designed and installed a solar + battery system that included custom details for our project. The project was completed 6+ months ago, and we are very satisfied. We engaged through the EnergySage site and decided on Integrated Home Energy because they were local, had a good reputation, and the responsiveness of Jason through the design pre-sales process. We were not rushed and all questions were thoroughly answered. The installation process was straightforward from our side, and the workmanship was what I was expecting. There were some issues during the commissioning of the system and it took a little tuning due to PECO unknowns, but Jason was available and dispatched when needed or resolved it remotely using the maintenance portal. Definitely recommend Jason and the Integrated Home Energy team!

Very responsive and clearly invested in doing the job right the first time. I felt well taken care throughout the process. They did a ground mount install which is maybe a little atypical for the area but permits, install, inspection and interconnection went smoothly. I would highly recommend.
